2. Purposes of processing
We process personal data to:
- review requests and enquiries;
- send informational and marketing messages requested by the data subject;
- prepare structured briefs for software development projects;
- communicate about projects and requests;
- analyse requests and traffic attribution.
3. Data we process
- contact details for the selected channel: Telegram username, phone number, WhatsApp or email;
- name, if provided;
- the description of the task or request;
- IP address, browser type and campaign UTM parameters.
4. Retention period
We retain personal data until the processing purpose has been met or consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 5 years from the date of collection.
5. Withdrawing consent
Send a withdrawal request or a data processing question to gk@devneurox.tech. The Controller will process the request within 30 calendar days.
6. Disclosure and third-party services
We do not disclose personal data to third parties unless required by the laws of the Russian Federation.
We use the following services for technical processing:
- Telegram Bot API for request notifications;
- Anthropic API and OpenAI API to prepare briefs from request text;
- Yandex Metrica for traffic analytics.
All third-party services meet information security requirements.
7. Policy updates
The Controller may update this Policy. The current version is published at devneurox.tech/en/privacy-policy/.
